Schematic Conceptual Design

In response to the client’s brief a schematic conceptual design is created for discussion. This will be presented in the form of layouts drawing showing overall space utilization, any structural modifications and furniture layouts. We demonstrate the idea applying into design works, either external form of building or interior circulation along with few options for client’s consideration.
